Start with a survey, not a shopping list
Before choosing cameras, it helps to know where people actually approach your property. A front door off a communal hallway, a side passage, a rear garden backing onto a neighbour: each calls for a different layout.
Our Home Survey & Design is £99 inc. VAT. An engineer visits, gives you a written recommendation and a fixed quote, and marks up camera and device placement. The fee is credited in full against any booking of £500 or more. For a shop or office, the Commercial Survey & Spec is £199 inc. VAT and is credited against the installation.
CCTV for Camden homes

VAT for a customer-supplied kit of up to four cameras, mounted, cabled and connected to your recorder or Wi-Fi, with the app and alerts configured. One practical note for flats and converted houses: cameras should cover your own door and approach, and the position needs to be agreed with whoever manages the building where shared areas are involved. The survey is the right moment to sort that out.
Alarms for flats and houses

Entry systems for shared buildings and small businesses
If you run a small office or manage a block, controlling who comes through the door matters as much as watching it.
