Why a thermostat on the wall isn't the same as a thermostat set up.
Schedules that match your week
Most smart thermostats are left on the default. We set the schedule, the away temperature and the app on your phone before we leave.
Geofencing
The heating turns down when the last phone leaves the house and warms up as you head home.
Zones, not one dial
Smart radiator valves give each room its own schedule, so the spare room stops being heated for nobody.
Alerts when something is wrong
Energy Insight puts a monitor on the incoming supply and alerts you when usage jumps, with cost tracking on your phone.

Book and pay online
Pick a fixed-price package and a date, and pay in full online. Surveyed work starts with a written quote and is paid by invoice.
Confirm the address
A link to confirm the address, share access notes and pin the exact location.
Engineer on the way
On the day you get an ETA by WhatsApp or email, with the engineer's live position.
Checked, then installed
Kit and parts checked on site, the work area assessed, every stage photographed.
You sign off
You see the photos and any extra work, and sign on the engineer's phone or by email.
Invoice and report
After sign-off: the completion report, your review link and your invoice, with a fixed-price package already paid.

Which thermostats do you fit?
Hive, Nest, tado and the other major brands. Bring your own or we quote one before the visit.
Will it work with my boiler?
Most combi and system boilers, yes. Tell us the boiler make and model when you book and we confirm compatibility before the day.
How much will I save?
That depends on the house and how it is used, so we do not promise a figure. What we can promise is that the schedules, geofencing and zones are set up and working before we leave.
What happens after the install?
The engineer walks you through the app, photographs the work and asks you to sign off. Your invoice and completion report follow; a fixed-price package is already paid.
Whole building, solar or a commercial site?
Commercial monitoring, multi-zone systems and integration with solar or storage are surveyed first. Tell us about the building and we come back with a survey date.
