What we do, and with what.
We buy the kit through trade accounts and our own accredited engineers fit it. Every job is booked, tracked and signed off through the same system.
- Security CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, intercoms and door entry. Hikvision and Ajax kit; Paxton access control as a platinum registered installer.
- Audio-visual TV mounting, media walls, cinema rooms, multi-room audio and meeting-room AV. Samsung and Sony screens; Sonos and WiiM audio.
- Networking Wi-Fi surveys and mesh, Cat6 structured cabling, racks and patch panels, with speed reports.
- Smart home & energy Lighting, heating, blinds and voice control; Crestron, Lutron and Control4 systems; smart thermostats and energy monitoring.
Who turns up.
Between them our engineers hold NICEIC, NSI, SSAIB and Hikvision accreditations. Which one matters depends on the job, so every job goes to an engineer accredited for that type of work. The company is fully insured.

Booking, address confirmation, an ETA on the morning, photographed work, your sign-off, then the invoice and report. Tap a step to see what you receive.
Book and pay online
Pick a fixed-price package, choose a date. Same-day slots when we have them.
Confirm the address
A link to confirm the address, share access notes and pin the exact location.
Engineer on the way
On the day you get an ETA by WhatsApp or email, with the engineer's live position.
Checked, then installed
Kit and parts checked on site, the work area assessed, every stage photographed.
You sign off
You see the photos and any extra work, and sign on the engineer's phone or by email.
Invoice and report
Only after sign-off: the invoice, the completion report and your review link.

Bought through trade accounts, fitted by our engineers, supported afterwards. Where we hold a manufacturer's installer status, it is shown on the card.
